1. PURPOSE OF THE SITE

The website www.loumysworld.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is an e-commerce platform that allows users to purchase custom roller skates and access information about the Loumy’s World brand.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Access to the Site is free and open. All costs related to Internet access (hardware, software, connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the user.

The Site may be updated or temporarily suspended without notice, particularly for technical or maintenance reasons.

3. USER ACCOUNT (if applicable)

Creating an account is optional to place an order. However, if you choose to create one, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • secure your login credentials

  • notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account unless you can prove it was due to external fraudulent use.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, products, photos, videos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. They are the exclusive property of LOUMY ROLLER SKATES or its partners.

6. USER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

If the Site allows users to post comments or reviews, the user guarantees that they:

  • are the author of the content posted

  • do not infringe on the rights of others (image, intellectual property, privacy, etc.)

By posting content on the Site, you grant LOUMY ROLLER SKATES a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license for the legal duration of intellectual property protection to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute this content, especially for communication and promotional purposes.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

The fact that LOUMY ROLLER SKATES does not enforce a clause of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. LOUMY ROLLER SKATES may assign its rights and obligations to a third party without prior notice.
